About:
Vahid is a founding partner at Englobe LLP. Vahid previously practiced law at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), where he provided counsel on diverse legal matters, ranging from litigation to business and real estate. He also played a crucial role in drafting applications and responses for the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.

His pre-Canadian career in Tehran saw him appearing before all levels of Courts, including the Supreme Court of Iran, and handling high-profile cases with values exceeding 2 billion euros.

Vahid holds an LLM in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, a Master’s degree in international business law from Shahid Beheshti University of Tehran, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. (ABD) in Oil and Gas Law from Shahid Beheshti University.
