Shahriar Jahanshahi is a senior business and real estate lawyer with a practice focus on representing business start-ups, existing businesses and investors.

As the founding member of Jahanshahi Law Firm, in addition to managing the firm, he provides strategic counsel regarding complex business and real estate matters to clients conducting business in the province of Ontario.

Shahriar Jahanshahi has extensive knowledge in assisting clients with business structuring and formation, commercial negotiations, corporate acquisitions, real estate transactions, as well as the drafting and preparation of commercial contracts such as shareholder agreements, commercial leases and franchise agreements.

His practice includes representation of investors including mortgage investment corporations, private lenders and equity investors.

Attorney Jahanshahi combines his knowledge in corporate law, real estate law and economics to advise investors on matters such as fund formation, transactional intricacies, co-investment arrangements and exit strategies.

Shahriar Jahanshahi earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with Honours from York University and attended Windsor Law School where he earned his Juris Doctor degree.

Highly interested in business and economics, Shahriar Jahanshahi has practiced corporate and commercial law since becoming a member of the Law Society of Ontario in 2017.
