Elmira Shahbazi

Elmira is registered with the Milan Bar Association and with the International Arbitration Chamber as an Arbitrator.

She assists Italian and foreign clients in connection with international expansion projects.

Over the years, she has gained experience in trademark protection and export control of dual-use products. She also assists Italian and foreign clients in setting up of family and purpose trusts.

In 2020 she was selected among emerging professionals for having promoted and organized in Italy, a diplomatic meeting with the participation of the current Iranian ambassador aimed at strengthening and increasing economic exchanges between Iran and the city of Florence.

In 2022, she was selected by M&A Awards as Lawyer of the Year 2022 for Start-Ups & Venture Capital.
