مدیرعامل ومسئول موسسه “لیگال پرژن”، آقای حسام میرزائی در سال 1378 شمسی با رتبه عالی از دانشکده حقوق آزاد تهران شمال فارغ التحصیل شد. وی همزمان با تحصیل سابقه همکاری دفترخانه اسناد رسمی شماره 40 تهران و همچنین وکالت شرکتهای خارجی در کمیسیون های مالیاتی را در سابقه کاری خود دارد .
آقای میرزائی در سال 2002، پس از 8 سال سابقه کار حقوقی در زمینه دعاوی ارث و خانوادگی، پرونده های کیفری و حقوقی مختلف، جهت ادامه تحصیل راهی ایالات متحده گردید.
در سال 2003 همکاری خود را با دادگاه عالی ایالتی جورجیا بعنوان بازجو آغاز نمود و در سال 2005 میلادی از دانشگاه واشنگتن با مدرک فوق لیسانس حقوق در رشته تجارت بین الملل فارغ التحصیل شد و متعاقبا تحصیلات خود را در زمینه حقوق دولتی ایالات متحده آغاز و موفق به اخذ مدرک مربوطه در می 2006 گردید.
آقای حسام میرزائی همزمان بعنوان مشاور حقوقی ، کارشناس امورحقوقی ایران در دادگاههای ایالت مریلند و مدیرعامل “لیگال پرژن” مشغول به کار میباشد.
Hessam Mirzaei is the founder and lead expert in the Iranian law and Islamic law at Legal Persian L.L.P. He has several years of experience with testifying in both trials and deposition as an expert witness in the fields of real estate, divorce, administrative and civil procedure of Iran and Iraq.
He has served as a lead international expert witness and drafted numerous reports in high-stakes cases both in the U.S. and Iran. As a renowned Iranian law expert, he has published on a variety of topics, and journals in Iranian newspapers and magazines.
