Pargol Partovi, Esq. is a Farsi-speaking immigration attorney and the Managing Attorney of Partovi Law LLC. She is a graduate of the American University Washington College of Law and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Mrs. Partovi has more than 12 years of experience in immigration law and has successfully represented hundreds of clients, including individuals, local businesses, as well as several fortune 500 companies, in a variety of complex immigration matters, with a focus on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions.

She has also successfully represented many individuals in preparing and filing asylum applications, family-based petitions, as well as naturalization.

Mrs. Partovi has extensive experience with preparing and filing asylum applications, family-based petitions, and employment-based immigrant visa applications (PERM, I-140 – EB1, EB2, EB3) for skilled workers, professionals, outstanding professors and researchers, multinational managers and executives, as well as individuals with extraordinary ability.
