Sally Azarmi qualified as a solicitor in 1994, originally specialising in commercial litigation and in particular shipping and international trade. In dealing with international clients.

She was approached on many occasions on immigration issues, and as a result, developed an interest and reputation in this area of law. Sally continues to practice both areas of law.

Sally Azarmi’s client base is predominantly founded on client referrals from existing clients throughout the world. Having been in practice 25 years, Sally has also gained a vast network of contacts in the UK and internationally, across a broad range of disciplines ranging from the law, to banks, accountancy firms, expert witnesses, insurance companies and so on.

Azarmi Law has now been operating since 2012 and has developed both a team and a client base which reflect my initial strategic vision and operating ethos.

I have been able to share my experience and my ethos with other similarly-sized businesses through my involvement with the Law Society and its “Small Firms Division”.

I have been a member of the division since its inaugural year and was proud to be Vice-Chair and subsequently Chair of the Law Society’s Small Firms Committee between 2016 – 2018.

One of my strongest beliefs and the mainstay of my campaigning as Chair was to strongly encourage the provision of access to justice and to promote and support small firms across the country.

In 2019, this work has been recognised and I was invited to attend one of the Buckingham Palace garden parties for my “exceptional contribution to the legal profession”.
