Daryoush Zolfaghari is the founder and principal attorney at Zolfaghari Law Firm, where his practice focuses primarily on personal injury, habitability, and employment law in state and federal courts throughout California.
Before opening his own practice, Daryoush worked as a defense attorney for a prominent defense firm in Los Angeles, where he specialized in defending personal injury claims, including product defect, premises liability, transportation accidents, and catastrophic injuries.
He primarily handled cases on behalf of business owners, product manufacturers, property owners, and insurance companies. This distinct perspective and expertise provides him with a unique ability to objectively analyze a case from both a defense and plaintiff’s perspective. He is also an adjunct law professor at the University of West Los Angeles School of Law.
Daryoush is native to Southern California to immigrant parents from Iran and Chile. His diverse upbringing and humble beginnings have provided him with a natural ability to be an advocate for his community.
